Graffiti USA made something very special recently – custom-made VIP notebook graffiti designs! Recently, we worked with Varonis, which is a data security and analytics company local to the Bay Area. We wanted to offer a wonderful gift to their VIP members and event entertainment after the RSA Conference in San Fransisco, at the View Lounge.
After a full day’s worth of keynote speeches, Varonis wanted to provide an opportunity for people to unwind while networking. As a result, they contacted us early in the planning stage. We decided it would be best to create custom hand painted notebooks with the attendees names written on them.
During the brainstorming and sketching process, Varonis wanted to tie their brand logo to the city as well. We created a vibrant and fun design doing just that! In advance of the event, we modified a grand total of fifty notebooks. This gave us a little more time to put some love into the design for the VIP membership. However, the time we had to spent onsite grew shorter by the day. Therefore, we had two artists execute a simplified version of the design, including each guest’s name and the Varonis logo.
Everyone at the event was extremely curious about what the artists were doing onsite. Soon after the event began, they quickly lined up to have a custom notebook made for themselves. Client staff helped manage and maintain the line while our artists focused on the artwork. As this video shows, we pumped out several notebooks throughout the duration of the two hour event.
