Team Building Art Experience
Our team took over a large room with big bay doors at the Four Seasons hotel in Westlake Village CA. A yearly celebration of a big pharma sales team & new products. Each team had their own take on company messaging because the 7 teams came from around the country . The content consisting of their geographic locations and a word from each. The artwork is spread across 7 canvases Then the elements are woven into a geometric organizing principle to create different zones.
The teams were turned loose to spray their respective layouts as they saw fit. We distributed stencils for the teams to apply and tie everything together. At the end, on top of their art and complete the messaging. The stencils read “For Patients”, reminding the teams what it is all about. Without a doubt all guests equipped with protection. In addition to the gloves, aprons, booties we also provided goggles. As a result, the team building art experience connected and worked together.
We work with you to develop an outlined creative concept. The outlined artwork on the canvases prior to the workshop. Participants will learn tips and tricks to using spray paint. After the tutorial the groups work on coloring the large mural together. We also create a competitive element through a friendly Graffiti Battle!
