In this paragraph, we will explain how we offer live art at conferences for this particular client within the medical industry. We worked with Fusion MD to create live art during the CHEST 2016 Annual Meeting in Los Angeles, CA. First off, the event was to discuss and raise awareness of Cystic Fibrosis Bronchiectasis (NCFB). Our artist created live art at conference with a canvas behind the scenes based on patient discussions. However, none of the audience members knew there was an artist behind a curtain painting the graffiti style art live.
Next, we recommended certain suggestions for artist and medium according to the client’s aesthetic. We used brush and acrylics instead of spray paint since it was an indoor event. Additionally, in order to achieve a certain level of detail for the portrait, it required a fine hand. Good thing we work with artists that specialize in a variety of mediums and styles. This allows us to align the best artist for a project like we did with this live art at conference with strong consideration to the client’s specific goals and desires.
Live Art Reveal for Event
Lastly, we reveal the artwork at the event. After the panel, the curtain opened to reveal a piece of beautiful artwork. However, it was not complete yet. Our artist left a border around the design for the audience and patients to sign as they please. This allowed them to really feel a part of the creative process. Then, the design was used to create prints that were distributed to audience members as a gift to remember the night. Overall, everyone was extremely pleased with the event and their gift to take home with them. Check out some photos of the completed artwork below for an activation to consider for your next live art at conference event:
