Artcraft Health are health education programs specialists. Our collaboration with them focused on the mission to educate the general population about Hepatitis. In speaking with them, we learned that there are geographical areas that are more in need of education and remediation than others. In fact, the pages of a calendar are where the campaign’s format landed. The idea being that it may be displayed all year, and each month can have a different focus area. That said, the digital illustration street art we worked on was less tied to one specific area. Instead speaks to the overall plight of the patient, hope, positivity, and positive mental attitude.
Created digitally, we designed a visualization of the patients path, and the support available as an individual finds their way on it. Without a doubt we developed Artcraft prismatic piece sectioned into panes like glass. This way we could illustrate the vignettes in the patients life and journey. Especially in learning, feeling part of a group, or walking towards a brighter future. Importantly, art and music are healing zones, usually through process or contemplation, its nice to have a project that connects the positives so directly.
