Luxury Condo Mural. Avenue 64 Apartments were under new management and looking for a fresh look to their apartment complex. The client wanted to update the property and assimilate to the Highland Park neighborhood by painting a mural. They sought a well known local LA street artist to connect the community through art. The custom artwork would attract new interest and new tenants. We were able to align the right artist for the job and install a unique piece. The artist’s iconic and abstract style utilizes bright colors and unique shapes. The luxury condo mural is in the main entrance to the complex.

Street Art Style
