Javits Center Mural Artist. We worked with Fuji Film on their booth for this year’s PhotoPlus Expo. The event was held at the Jacob Javits Center in NYC.
The PDN PhotoPlus International Conference + Expo is the largest photography and imaging show in North America. Attended by over 21,000 professional photographers, photography enthusiasts, filmmakers, students and educators from around the world. PhotoPlus features over 100 educational seminars, Photo Walks and Master Classes, and also over 225 exhibitors displaying thousands of the latest products and services for you to touch, try and compare.
We created live graffiti artwork using acrylics and brush over the course of three days. The venue did not allow spray paint, so consequently we used brushes. The crowd tested out all the awesome new camera equipment as our artist also painted live. In addition, also for Instax, we painted a NYC train backdrop in the photo booth.
See some photos of the artwork below:

The team installing our Instax photo backdrop mural. This is the one time it is OK to stand in front of the subway train is for this picture.
Getting meta above: taking a picture of art of taking a picture. Times Square was also a nice choice for the creative content.
A work in progress shot also from the expo. Interesting to see the shapes become cars.
