We painted this LA Dodgers Mural in partnership with MLB. We created a custom design for an outdoor wall to illustrate a tribute to the Dodgers before Game 3 of the NLCS championships, .
For this purpose, we have access to wonderful outdoor walls for commercial projects across Los Angeles. First, we presented wall options and pricing to MLB for this LA Dodgers Mural. Next, they selected the best wall for their target audience and budget. Then, we start the creative process.
The client wanted us to include associated hashtags, key players and the branded Dodger blue for the LA Dodgers Mural. Additionally, they wanted a city skyline in the background including iconic images for LA and MLB games. It wasn’t hard to find an artist excited to paint a mural for the Dodgers, but we wanted to make sure to select someone with strong portraiture skills.
Of course, this was also a rush project. Therefor, the mural went up overnight in about 12 hours. It was a difficult task to achieve this high level detail portrait in such a tight timeframe, but leave it up to our team to handle! At any rate, we got the job done and the client was extremely pleased. Besides the local community loved the new LA Dodgers Mural artwork coloring their neighborhood.
