We created this San Francisco custom mural for our client, Under Armour. Since the brand is represented at many marathons, they wanted to offer something new to their customers. They wanted to surprise their customers with a post marathon finish line party they would never forget. And we had the perfect idea to help make that happen!
For this year’s Bay to Breakers marathon, we brought the Under Armour hashtag #ERASEALLDOUBT to life. Thus, we literally made life-size letters to celebrate the event. First, we fabricated the large three-dimensional letters to spell out the campaigns hashtag and company logo. Then, we had to make sure each letter sculpture was stable enough for marathon runners to lean against and pose with for photos. Not to mention, for them to withstand against any unexpected weather. Next, we set up the San Francisco Custom Mural for the Under Armour after party. Afterwards, our talented artist Jurne painted each letter live while runners were crossing the finish line.
Our artist created a gradient of colors and patterns that were sprayed onto this very special San Francisco custom mural. We used a water based spray paint that has very low fumes and is non-toxic – making it perfect for live events.
Overall, marathon runners loved ending the race at the Under Armour booth. They relaxed and watched our artist paint live. Then, they were able to pose with our custom made letters to share with their friends and families. What a great way to celebrate such a big accomplishment! We look forward to the next time we can work with the wonderful folks at Under Armour.
